A Big Woman’s Big Fundraiser
Support What Had Happened Was
This is an independent production in the truest sense: no studio, no institution, no dark money — just one big woman, one big dream, and a budget that’s kept alive with second-hand sequins and Elmer’s Glue. Your generosity covers the very real costs of staging this show properly: the band, the costumes (my God, the wigs!), and the countless little things an audience never sees (or at least, shouldn’t). Every dollar you contribute is a vote of confidence, and I feel each one deeply — whatever you're able to give is deeply appreciated and no gift is too small to matter. If you've ever wanted to invest in a slightly deranged act of catharsis, this is your moment! I'll be grateful for your support long after the final bow.
From the bottom of my heart, thank you. With your help, we really can be Stronger Together!
